Atomizing is one of the preferred methods for replacing traditional sawdust or wood chip smoke generation. In this process, liquid smoke is converted into a fine aerosol inside the smoking chamber by using air pressure and a specialized nozzle. The system works as an integrated part of the smoking program, helping processors achieve stable smoke flavor, color development, and repeatable results from batch to batch.
Our equipment is designed to work with the SmokeStream™ range for natural smoke flavor and can also support GoldenStream™ applications where enhanced browning and visual appearance are required.
Together with our partners, we can offer standard equipment solutions as well as tailor made systems adapted to the customer’s production cycle, chamber setup, and processing requirements. The systems can be automated to reduce manual labor, improve process control, and support consistent production.
