During the atomization process, an aerosol is created in the smoking chamber by forcing the smoke flavoring through a special nozzle using air pressure. The atomizer operates as an integrated part of the smoking program. The atomizing system is fully automated and displays all processing parameters throughout the smoking process. A touchscreen control panel or desktop interface allows the operator to view and save process history. Our equipment is designed to work with the SMOKESTREAM™ range and can also support GOLDENSTREAM™ where enhanced browning and visual appearance are required. The atomizer can be used with two independent smoking chambers at the same time.
