At Flavourstream Americas, our Innovation Center is where science, application knowledge, and real customer challenges come together.

Based in the USA, our Innovation Center supports food manufacturers in developing practical, high-performing smoke, grill, browning, and natural flavor solutions for real production environments. Under the R&D leadership of Peter Henriksen, PhD, our team works closely with customers to understand their product, process, flavor target, color requirement, labeling needs, and commercial goals.

Whether the task is a small adjustment to an existing product or the development of a fully customized solution from scratch, we help customers move from idea to application with speed and technical precision. Our work covers natural smoke flavors, smoked ingredients, browning systems, grill flavors, anti-microbial smoke solutions, and primary smoke-free alternatives.

With deep experience in meat, poultry, seafood, sauces, seasonings, snacks, pet food, and plant-based applications, we support customers through every step of the development process — from product selection and dosage guidance to application testing, documentation, scale-up, and production support.
