This product range is made from flash cooking of dextrose. This unique product called Goldenstream is able to cross link proteins and add a unique brown and golden natural colour to any food product. The colour is a reaction colour and does not fade or wash off.
It sticks to the food product and makes it very easy to either replace other colourants, to create more colour or significantly reduce the processing time for the food product.

 

The major advantages by using the Goldenstream range is that the customer can get a natural golden brown colour on a long range of products in the meat and poultry industry. The colour is fixed and due to shorter processing time the yield loss is significant decreased.
